PHARE Performing Social Enterprise asked a+b=3 to run two workshops on money management for their staff, split in four groups. The first two groups were staff in their 20s/30s, while the two last groups were younger, most of them with variable income. The learning goals of the workshops were similar (why manage money, how debts build up, how to prioritise and plan expenses, writing a budget, tips to manage expenses wisely, where to save…); but all the hands-on activities were adapted to each group (family with children vs. bachelor living with parents, regular income vs. irregular, etc…).
The four workshops were facilitated by Saorn, a senior trainer at VBNK, a+b=3’s Cambodian partner.
