After focusing on business finance/bookkeeping on day 1 and family expenses on day 2 – and planning on both days – today participants worked on how to improve their business: who their customers are, what they want, and also cash management and ethics issues. Discussions were very lively. Then we concluded this full half day by certificates and a lunch.
