On December 21, 2019, a dozen participants in financial education training organised by ASM2E (a + b = 3’s partner in Taomasina, Madagascar) received their diploma. They represented the 351 people who attended the training programme divided into three sessions and several waves. During the graduation ceremony, the representative of the Caisse d’Epargne de Madagascar highlighted the essential aspect of this programme for the development of Malagasy households.
