During the Global Money Week (organised by the CYFI at world level), our partner in DR Congo, APECC, showed our “Finance in pictures” exhibition for the second year. We had provided new posters focusing on budgeting and controlling expenses. This year, despite safety issues, the exhibition reached more than 2 500 students and adults. Besides, APECC and his Director Jean-Michel Ngoyi, ran practical workshops on how to write a budget to complement the key messages on the posters. Several schools have already asked for the exhibition which proves to be a cost-effective and simple way to spread key messages in financial literacy and encourage mindfulness and ethics.
