Today, Outspan and Lao Women Union’s staff who participate to our 5-day Training the Trainers organised by EDC, practiced facilitating the first module of the coffee farmers’ training. Apart from feedback on facilitation skills, this was also the opportunity to fine-tune some parts of the training that we plan to facilitate with coffee farmers on Thursday.
