Fifth day of our training of trainers in Kinshasa with our partner APPEC. After having reviewed (in a participatory way of course) how to facilitate (what to do and what not to do), the participants set up and managed a micro-business selling juices, water and snacks. This experience allowed them to practice how to keep accounts, decide sales prices, manage purchases and stocks, and sell and attract customers, in a context where they all competed – a reality in many countries including the DRC. We then thought about how to find business ideas and how to segment prices.
The afternoon ended with answers to participants’ questions, the certificates and photos!
