Short training session at the Lusay School / NGO Lumière in Kinshasa with teachers, staff and some students. The session focused on how to manage a salary (spending priorities, budget …) but one of the problems facing teachers are the salary arrears: how to manage expenses when the salary is not paid or paid with several months’ delay, which then requires finding other sources of income.
