Financial and Business Literacy TOT – GIZ Laos Pakse – day 4

This morning participants practised facilitating the first module of the GIZ-AFP business literacy programme that they experienced yesterday. This gave the opportunity to give feedback on some facilitating techniques. Then they discovered module 2 that aims to encourage villagers to find new business/income-generating ideas. Through a story, the module addresses the need to assess who will be our customers, their potential number and purchases. It also discourages them to open the same business as their neighbour.

The day ended with a speech by the GIZ Financial Literacy Senior Advisor Microfinance in Rural Areas-Access to Finance for the Poor (AFP) and a senior director of the Bank of Laos who also gave the certificates.
