We started the day by testing parts of the training with real students. Two facilitators, newly trained, facilitated the business game and the bookkeeping game. In the afternoon, we focused on current business management problems and how to address them, then we practised bookkeeping again and calculated the profit of a business with a weekly business cycle. We concluded the training with the implementation plan and the certificates!
