The last pair of participants of SAHI Training-of-Trainers workshop practised training this morning. They made their beauty salon business example even more realistic by bringing real shampoo bottles, conditioners and other products! Right after, we welcome two groups of real beneficiaries. Participants practised their newly-acquired participatory training skills and facilitated a session on saving for back-to-school expenses. One beneficiary commented she did not realise that she could save even though she had daily expenses. After lunch, participants worked on their action plan, and we did one last game on breakeven. We concluded the workshop with well-deserved certificates.
